The 23rd Offshore Asia Pacific Summit & Exhibition took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on December 5-6, 2023. Co-hosted by CDMC and Myanmar Oil & Gas Services Association, it was strategically partnered with Malaysia's Petroleum, Gas & Energy Services Council, and officially supported by bodies including Malaysia's Oil & Gas Engineering Services Council, Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau, International Marine Contractors Association, and SUT China Branch.
